Access rules and limitations
- Service, items and pricing differ across the three legacy areas of Barrow, Eden and South Lakeland, not yet a single harmonised service
- Items must be left outside, covered and dry before collection day
- South Lakeland: no choice of collection day, cancellations only allowed within 24 hours of booking
- Eden: maximum 3 items per collection, items out by 6am, collections only happen on Mondays
- Barrow: payment is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable
