Access rules and limitations
- Kerbside collection only, from the pavement or driveway end
- Items must be out before 7am on the collection day
- Maximum item length of 8 feet, 2.4 metres
- No collection from inside homes, garages or sheds
- Access must be clear and safe for the crew
- Changes to a booking need at least 24 hours notice, cancellations need 48 hours notice for a refund
- Not for commercial waste
