Access rules and limitations
- Items must be placed as close to the edge of the property as possible on collection day
- Items should not weigh more than 25kg so two crew members can lift them safely
- Glass items must be taped, wrapped and labelled to avoid shattering
- If an item cannot be found on the online booking form, residents can request a paid clearance quote (£30 for a supervisor visit, deducted from the collection cost if the job goes ahead)
- Sofas, armchairs and other upholstered furniture containing persistent organic pollutants (POPs) must be kept separate from other bulky items collected
