  • Vehicle access must suit a 7.5 tonne lorry
  • Damaged upholstered items must have splits taped or cushions bagged

Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.
