Access rules and limitations
- Bookings can only be made by phone
- Items collected from outside the property at pavement level only
- Staff cannot access items on a different level from the pavement
- Not available to landlords
- Crew will not shovel or bag rubbish
Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.
