Broke through the price gap this week after four prior rounds of trying. New search angles (a direct 'four items free' phrase search, then a follow-up £39/£70 confirmation search) surfaced the actual charge from the council's own bulky waste collection service page: £39 for a single item or £70 for up to 4 items, plus the free-collection detail for Council Tax Support households. A further search on the council's 'Non-acceptable Items' and acceptable-items pages gave the specific collect/not-collect lists, so collects/notCollects and itemsVerified are now sourced from Test Valley's own site rather than the generic defaults. No visible 'effective from' date on the price page itself, but the figures came from the live current page in two independent searches this week, not an archived or dated PDF, so recorded as verified. Address remains unconfirmed and left null.
