Access rules and limitations
- Crews cannot enter your property; items must be left within the property boundary where they can be easily collected
- Collections run on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays in the Winchester district, subject to availability
- Damaged upholstered furniture must be sealed with tape or plastic before collection
- Large items such as wardrobes, bed frames, sheds and trampolines may need to be dismantled
