- Each item must be listed separately in the booking, for example a bed frame and mattress count as 2 items
- Payment is taken in advance when you book
- Fridges and freezers must be empty before collection or they will not be taken
- Items that get wet and become too heavy to move will not be collected, and no refund is given
- Only items listed on the booking form will be collected
