Access rules and limitations

- Items must be heavier than 25kg or too bulky for standard bins
- Only 50 standard and 5 express collection slots available each day, first come first served
- Booking period currently extended to 8 weeks due to high demand
Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.
