Access rules and limitations
- Items must be placed at the front of the property by 6am on collection day with clear, level access
- No collection from garages, rear gardens, or from upstairs/downstairs within the property
- Upholstered seating collected on a different date to other bulky items because of POPs rules
- Service available to Dartford Borough Council residents only
