Access rules and limitations
- Service covers Pershore, Droitwich Spa, Evesham, Broadway and surrounding villages, domestic households only
- Items must be accessible and able to be lifted by two people, crews do not collect from inside the property
- Fridges and freezers must not contain food
- Collection happens any time between 7am and 5pm, items must be ready by 7am
- No refund if items are not put out on the day
- Cancel by noon the working day before or the fee is forfeited
- Upholstered seating may need a separate collection trip
