If you cannot move the items yourself: West Lindsey offers assisted collections for residents who, through illness, age or disability, cannot get their waste to the property boundary; this is described for household bin collections and it is not confirmed whether it extends to bulky item bookings specifically.
Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.
