Access rules and limitations
- Collections run Mondays and Thursdays in Torquay, Tuesdays and Fridays in Paignton and Brixham, 6am to 4pm
- Cash and cheque no longer accepted from 1 December
- Council can refuse or cancel collection of items its team cannot safely handle or that are too large for the collection vehicle
Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.
