Access rules and limitations

  • Floor coverings such as carpet, rug, laminate and underlay limited to 2 metres
  • Ladders limited to 2 metres
  • Fridge, freezer and fridge freezer contents must be emptied before collection
  • Gas bottles must be removed from barbecues before collection
  • Garden waste and building or DIY waste must be booked and charged separately
  • Cancellations incur a charge
