- Individual bundles or bags cannot exceed 14kg
- Only items listed and paid for will be collected
- Items must be placed outside between 8pm the night before and 6am on collection day
- Payment must be completed within 10 minutes of booking, and bookings are non-refundable
Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.
