WebSearch only this session (WebFetch to fenland.gov.uk and r.jina.ai both blocked in this environment). New angles tried: searching for the specific council document reference (s18151 'Review of Fees and Charges 2026-27') by title, and for '2026/27 approved cabinet bulky waste increase'. This surfaced a Cambs Times article ('Fenland Council set to raise costs of burials, bins, and other services') describing the approved rise from £37.50 for up to 5 items (£7.50/extra) to £40 for up to 5 items (£8/extra) for 2026/27, with a councillor quote about encouraging direct debit and Fenland remaining the cheapest authority in the region. This is consistent with, and supersedes, the prior notes' staged history (£35 to £37.50 was the 2025/26 rise; £40/£8 is now confirmed as the approved 2026/27 figure rather than just proposed). The underlying s18151 PDF itself did not surface readable pricing text in search excerpts, so the news report is the operative source. Item list, phone, address, wait time and assisted-collection details were not found and are left as defaults/null.
