Access rules and limitations
- Kerbside collection only, items must be left where they are easily accessed, such as where you normally leave your bins
- Crews cannot help move items from inside your home
- Items must be out by 7am on the agreed collection day
- Maximum 6 items per booking
- No service on bank holidays
- No amendments or refunds once a booking is made
- Household items only, no DIY, commercial or industrial waste
