Access rules and limitations

  • Kerbside collection only, items must be left where they are easily accessed, such as where you normally leave your bins
  • Crews cannot help move items from inside your home
  • Items must be out by 7am on the agreed collection day
  • Maximum 6 items per booking
  • No service on bank holidays
  • No amendments or refunds once a booking is made
  • Household items only, no DIY, commercial or industrial waste
