Access rules and limitations
- Items must be on the kerb by 7am on collection day
- Crews usually collect between 7am and 5pm
- Crews will only take items that 2 people can safely carry
- Soft furnishings and other bulky items need separate bookings
- Kerbside collection only, crews do not enter the home
